I have a once in a lifetime opportunity for one lucky person.

After a full year watching on as Phil's bike sat abandoned in the garage, I've decided to give him the flick. This shows my firm stance on bike abuse and in the process frees up a room in the cycling heart of Canberra - Gungahlin.

You didn't mention a 4 block proximity to Thighs of Justice in your advert - this could be the reason for the lack of interest.

Maybe so. But away victories count as two and with Phil bringing down the buzz at MG my home ground advantage is long gone.

P.s, this is doing nothing to help me find a decent applicant. If anything the pendulum is swinging the other way.
