I have two sets of old delta pedals that can go in the mix. They are very old and very clunky, but they still work.

Yup. The pedals are both early 90s. I pair are genuine looks pedals and the other Shimano Ultegra compatible pedals.

That's punishment for having the girly floating red delta cleats and not the tough manly fixed black ones.

I rode with the black ones and punched out 80k's first time I tried them, I could barely farking walk by the end of the ride!

I do like the black cleats for crits but i'm not keen enough to be changing them over regularly.
