Epic fail in online ordering resulted in this bad boy coming into my possession.

Like Hoopsnake it's never been touched.

I think it's a 70mm 45 degree stem - would work for a MTB or Cruiser.

Is that for 25.4mm bars or 31.8mm?

oh - might be handy to drop down the TT bars a little further. What size bars and steerer?

pretty sure it's 31.8 but will check - don't think it'll be suitable for a TT bike Sue as it kicks up 45 deggers!
