Hi all,
The changes to Wednesday worked well. I heard from John who crashed a couple of weeks ago. He is on the road to recovery and is grateful for the support of the riders that assisted him.
I am on camp this Wednesday. Therefore, a ride organiser is needed and also a few extra novice helpers. Thanks so much to those who have been helping.
The rides.
Sat 8am
(split groups according to speed- at the start)- I am doing a Triple Tri practice ride so won't be there.
Long
Lake George and the Shingle Hill triangle- 85km approx.
Med
Shingle Hill triangle 65km approx
Short
Belco or Fed Hwy loop. Riders to decide
Mon
Meet 6am Arscott House Carpark Aikman Dr Belconnen- interval session
Tues- no formal ride as I am training for triple tri. Feel free to get some informal groups together. Use the forum on the website or talk to people at training.
Wednesday- Bunch ride from Dickson Pool at 6am. This week is Golf Course loop. Novice rides will head up the highway as usual.
