As usual it was a disappointing turnout. Where are all the cyclists that have licences from the Summer Crit series? Racing Vets?

I'd like to thank Lyn, Lee and Matthew for helping me to the win. I dropped my chain on the first lap and they slowed going up the last hill. I repaid them by .... I didn't realise I could go so fast knowing Matthew and/or Lee would be right on my tail to the finish line. As a result I'm home ill today. But it's one of the few races that I put all I had on the day into.

And yes we wore the V-Mobile kit!

As usual it was a disappointing turnout. Where are all the cyclists that have licences from the Summer Crit series? Racing Vets?

I left home feeling a little crappy on race day and decided to just spin the legs and see how I felt but the flesh was not so willing. Ended up just going for a slow roll and heading back home. Looks like I would have been left for dead anyway. Nice result from young Tom B there! Woot!

For those of you concerned, times and RD's report of the ACT ITT Championships should be available tonight. We've had a hiccup with timekeeping, however I can say that it was a well-attended, safe event in good weather conditions with a clear course and briefing.
