I'm hearing rumours of a blue Landcruiser painted in Quon colours roaming the streets. Estimated street value of $300.
Can anyone confirm of deny these rumours?
Quon's got a Quonmobile, do you have a Quonmobile?

I believe that now is the second sighting of said vehicle. Consider it confirmed.

You'll have to keep up with the Jones's eh James?
You may have to pull out the red, white and black rattle cans... again.
I'm sure you could put your spray painting skills (cough) to use on the Falc-hoon ute.
Don't we already have a maroon V mobile??

Pictures of V-Maxx's glorious paint job to emerge soon - and it will make it's debut with the Novvers friday.

Said QUONmobile (remember - QUON is always spelt with capital letters!) is none other than Nathan "Skin and Bones" Spillane's vehicle. There is work being done to secure another QUON vehicle as we speak.
We're looking for a QUONavan. Do you have a QUONavan?

No Vmobile or Varavan, but they do have a Valloffame - where they acknowledge all of their past winners and store their trophies.

The reason our Vallofame is empty is because the following drunkards, fresh on a high after winning the Crit Champs last year, raided our headquarters and sold our copious trophies for beer. wine and spirits

Mouldy - you are thinking too small - what about a Quonnabago?

I do believe said drunkards are not in fact V-M ers but are (were) in fact Valhallians.
Actually, some of them are no longer Valhallians, but have in fact seen the light and come across to the superpowers now known as Bike Culture-SportsCare :)

The QUONabago is old hat. Allbeit a borrowed vehicle, the QUONabago debuted at Ironman Australia this year to watch our very own Baby J (Simon Thompson) go top 10 at his IM debut!

Most of them are now V-mobers, but that doesn't change the fact they stole all OUR trophies for beer, spirits and disco biscuits.
Our motto here at Valhalla/V-Mobile is "We make 'em, they take 'em".
The motto over at Bike Culture is "Bike Culture: Dude, where's my Culture?".
If the Quonnabago has been done, then an Equonovan would be a downgrade - you now must take to the air (Quoncord?) or sea (Quontanic - high hopes dashed against a Valhallaberg) to keep up the standard.

If QUON is meant to be written with all caps, then clearly it is an acronym.
What is Q.U.O.N. an abbreviation of?

...none other than Nathan "Skin and Bones" Spillane's ...
Nathan is proving to be a very polite crit director so far. Much better than that last one!

No, no, no, no, no! It doesn't stand for anything. It's more of a respect thing. You know - like when you spell GOD.
Quite Unusually Obnoxious Nerds?
No, they're not nerds.

You obviously haven't been watching the Christmas Crit too closely. It is the official Ladies of the QUON night. Beautiful WAGs all over the place.

Lee you obviously weren't watching the mens B or C grades crits last year. They were full of qUOn girlies.

While the B and C grade riders were very pretty, I checked, and they are boys.

I'm guessing that the name derives from a scene in Jerry Maguire??

In unrelated news, a rider was delisted from the V-Mobile ranks.
