Hi a few of us a doing a training run in the morning starting at Black Mountain 9.00am for a hour of CR,CI ,then at 10.00 will be go for a recovery ride for a hour then off to a cafe for brunch .All welcome .

Run? Don't tell me all this talk about the Bilbys is making you follow in Jamie's steps.

I am looking to do some gentle Stromlo reps some time in the morning whenever I get up. I am getting fat and slow from a lack of riding - work and kids - so I need to do some winter kms to start to work off the marshmallows factor.

I have no idea what CR or CI means :D but will gladly do some Black Mountain reps etc so see you there.

Can we skip the CR and CI and just go straight to the cafe? :rolleyes2:

Canada Fun Run was better, saw Mikey, Kano Avi, plus others. Jamie was a noted absence.

GC's a sub 30 10k due to subtracting 1 minute per pan cake eaten x 9.

All for a good cause too.

10km for a first proper run was probably not the wisest choice ever, i cant walk. :crazy:

I think I gained about 5kg after eating the Omlette.

Afterwards I only just managed to get past a girl on a pannier equipped MTB that was riding up Black Mtn.
