Hey Mikey,
I was just wondering about my order for the club clothing because i sent in a form for it not that long ago but it was with the old form that didn't allow you to write on it so i got my mum to scan it on becaue i just thought that it was my computer that wouldn't allow it, so i sent that to you and payed for it but i was wondering if i have to fill out the new form and sent it in for the order or is the old one i did still good?
