cant make today but on a side note and coz ive never created a thread thought id take the opportunity to say id like some company for same thing tomoro b4 nutrition chat so about 330 on black....

Sure you won't be there, Anla? Jamie is trying to lose weight and hasn't eaten since last Thursday, so is likely to bonk half way up. But think of the fat burning!
