Hi All,
here are this weeks rides. Note that Saturday is the same as last week since I am guess we got rained out.
Saturday 7am from ANU- I am away racing and won't be there.
Short
Cotter and back or Mt Stromlo and back- 45 or 35km approx.
Medium- Cotter Uriarra loop. At least two groups to cater for different levels. Take care on descents. 65km approx
Long- Cotter- Condor Ck (end of tar)- Uriarra. May be more than 1 group. 90km approx
Med and long groups of similar speed could start togethet and split.
Try not to stop all the time to keep the rides consistent, except for waiting for dropped riders on hills, but try to pick the group that is right for you.
Monday
Interval session from 6am from Arscott house carpark. I won't be there. I'll be recovering.
Wednesday- bunch rides at 6am from Dickson pool. This week, Golf Course loop.
