Thanks guys/gals. It was certianly a surprise and i thought the whole podium thing in Italy was the hardest part of cycling.... but this was much more nerve wracking. ALso they wouldn't let me put the helmet and sunnies on for the photo!

Well deserved not only do you put in as a competitor but you are always willing to contribute to Marshalling and other club support duties.
