Hi all,
Lights needed as of this week for the Monday and Wednesday ride. Bring front lights if you have them (needed for monday at 6), taillights compulsory both rides. It's getting darker.
Saturday 7am ANU Willows oval car park (I am MTBing this week)
Long- Nanima Road loop or Nanima Shingle Hill- 80 or 92km approx
Med- Sutton, Shingle Hill Triangle loop. Sutton Rd first- 68km approx
Short- Out and back along Fed and Old Fed Highways- various distances depending on when you turn around.
Monday- 6am from Arscott House Carpark, Aikman Dr Belconnen. Interval Session. Handicapped to cater for all levels. Excellent for building speed and power.
Wednesday- 6am- leaving Dickson Pool. Bunch rides. This week is Mugga loop.
