Caroline Buchanan (ACT) claimed her fifth 4X Australian Title.
Claire Whiteman 3rd Elite Women down hill (1st Aussie). Local rumor is Aussie DH chicks don't beat overseas girls due to some girls agreement.
Heather Logie 2nd in the Elite Womens XC

AAAAr yes and as you can see she raced at the same time as the elite women and came 5th overall.

I think so.
CA dropped funding on the High Performance MTB Program for 2010. So the DH coach has gone to Yeti and Lachlan Norris and Braunie have joined the Drapac-Porsche Cycling Team:
To ease the impact of the decision Cycling Australia has put in place a transition plan which is as follows:

Head Coach Neil Ross will remain in our High Performance network and potentially oversee training programs for MTB XC athletes. He will also be involved in additional duties to be confirmed in coming weeks.
Three athletes have been identified to receive assistance from the Cycling Australia High Performance Program in 2010 (Rowena Fry, Gracie Elvin and Paul Van der Ploeg). Beyond 2010 an assessment will be made as to continued support.

That has left Nathan with possibly only ACTAS help. (unknown) He has been sighted working in ONYA Civic and didn't contest the Aussie Champs.

Good to see he's not lost to the cycling world. I did see him on a Malvern Star Oppy the other day as well.
Isn't Praties a take away food place in Mexico and Tasmania?
