I reckon we need a fixie/ss section on this forum. Anyhow here is my new $40 machine produced in just over an hour with the help of the kind folks over at the Scott Sparkman Stable. Kano, I am a convert!

The 'gemini' label will get removed. I think it'd be fitting to leave the world champ stripes though :)

Unless you've got something half decent. It's green and although it scrubbed up alright, it won't be winning any beauty pageants.

How about "swamp anchor" the thing weighs as much as my chinese wondabike. Definitely the heaviest 'racing' bike I've ever seen. It aint no columbus tubing a'la pegasus.

It does currently hold the record for fasted SS conversion and we had time to drink 3 beers each.... it was a hot day.

spewing that we had to use a new rear brake cable, couldn't find a used one (!) long enough... doh, blew the budget way out

I have a feeling that it's actually going to scrub up pretty well. Under all that rust there is shiny stuff you know.
